If you’re having trouble connecting your meter to the mySugr app, try the following steps:


On your meters:

1 Go into the Settings > Wireless

2 Select Pairing

3 Now go to Delete Pairing and select your connected device.

The connection from the meter to your smartphone is deleted.

On your smartphone:

Restart your smartphone!

Samsung, LG, Nexus,...

Unpair

1 Go to the bluetooth settings and you will see all connected devices.

2 Next to the connected meter, you will see a small gear icon.

3 Tap the gear icon and unpair the meter.

Clear bluetooth data/cache

1 Go to your mobile settings

2 Select applications

3 Select application manager or apps

4 Tap on MORE or on the three dots.

5 Select show system apps

6 Go to the bluetooth share

7 Select storage

8 Tap on clear data and on clear cache

9 Restart your phone

10 Now start the connection directly in the mySugr app
